·130 · DOI ：10.13493/j.issn.1672-7878.2014.02-012 网络出版时间： 网络出版地址： ICU 患者抗菌药物使用强度的影响因素分析 * 朱华勇 ，巫莉萍 赣州市人民医院，江西 赣州 341000 【摘 要】 目的：分析影响医院ICU 抗菌药物使用强度的因素。方法：根据ICU 近4 月使用抗菌药物强度居高不 下的状况，采用“头脑风暴”方法，结合ICU 科室用药的实际情况，找出导致抗菌药物使用强度居高不下的相关因 素。结果：ICU 患者为危重患者，病情较复杂，免疫力低下，易并发感染，且易感染耐药菌；从环境因素、医生护士及 操作方法等方面，分析影响抗菌药物使用强度。结论：降低ICU 抗菌药物使用强度，在保证疗效的同时，可从上述 环境因素、医生护士及工作方法各方面进行整改，做好药敏检测，合理使用抗菌药物。 【关键词】 抗菌药物；使用强度；ICU ；影响因素 【中图分类号】 R 969.3 【文献标志码】 A 【文章编号】 1672-7878(2014)02-130-003 Analysis of Related Factors of High Intensity of Anti-microbial Drug Usage in ICU * ZHU Hua-yong ,WU Li-ping The Peoples Hospital of Ganzhou, Ganzhou Jiangxi 341000, China ABSTRACT Objective: To analyse the related factors of high intensity of antimicrobial drug usage in Intensive Care Unit(ICU). Methods: According to the higher and higher intensity usage of the antimicrobial drug in the last four months, to explore the related factors for it in ICU with the brainstorming method. Results: The cases in ICU were much more complex and there were so much drug-resistance bacterias that many factors could influence the high inten- sity of antimicrobial drug usage. It included the environment, the medical staffs and working methods. Conclusion: In order to lower high intensity of antimicrobial drug usage and make rational use of antimicrobial drug in ICU, it is neces- sary to improve the related factors including the environment ,the medical staffs and working methods and do well in drug sensitivity detection.
