同济大学硕士研究生学位论文摘要 同济大学硕士研究生学位论文 摘要 本文适应现代生产中自动化仓库的发展要求，介绍其各部分功能和作用， 结合现代控制技术的发展和应用，着重研究基于现场总线的自动化仓库控制技 术。全文内容包括三部分： ， 基础部分——介绍～些自动化仓库和现场总线的基本概念。＼具体为：自动 化仓库的发展、各硬件组成部分及功能；仓库管理软件与控制系统软件的基本 构成；自动化仓库的PLC控制特点及其不足；现场总线技术起源、发展趋势及 常见的现场总线技术，着重介绍了一种适合自动化仓库控制特点的PROFIBUS 现场总线。V 研究部分——重点研究基于现场总线的自动化仓库控制技术。f有关内容围 绕采用现场总线提高自动化仓库的管理控制水平这一主题，结合亡恸化仓库控 制系统以及现场总线技术的基本特点，提出了自动化仓库的现场总线控制模 型。在此基础上，讨论现场总线和自动化立体仓库中主要执行器——变频器的 接口，提出各堆垛机运行和起升电机调速的闭环伺服控制方式；讨论和自动化 立体仓库中主要输入设备——激光测距仪的接口，提出一种新型的实现仓库的 精确认址方式。V 应用部分——结合某实际配送中心仓库中现场总线技术的应用，对现场总 线技术应用于自动化立体仓库的效果进行讨论，对基于现场总线的自动化立体 仓库控制系统性能进行研究，并详细讨论了堆垛机故障检测及自恢复控制的智 能化控制技术，确定了堆垛机异常状态的分级处理方法。 【关键词】自动化仓库现场总线控制调速 、／ 、／ 1 ’ 同济大学硕士研究生学位论文Abstract 同济大学硕士研究生学位论文 Abstract This paper introduces the performance and its function of each part of automated High—rise Warehouse(denominational AS／RS abroad)basing on the application and development requirement of modem production．And lays the emphasis on the research of AS／RS control technology on the basis of fieldbus．The whole paper includes three parts： The basis part--introduces some basic concepts of AS／RS and fieldbus． Specifically speaking，they are：the development ofAS／RS，each hardware component and its function，the basic structure of the warehouse management software and the control system drawback of the PLC control mode of AS／RS，the origin and the developing tendency of the fieldbus technology and some common fieldbuses， especially introducing a kind of fieldbus，PROFIBUS，which is suitable for the controlling features ofAS／RS． The researching partespecially studies the AS／RS control technique on the basis of the fieldbus．The concerning contents are around the topic of improving the management and control level of AS／RS by using fieldbus．combining the features of the control system of AS／RS with those of the fieldbus and putting forward the fieldbus controlling model ofAS／RS．On this basis．the main actuator--the frequency converter in the AS／RS and the fieldbus is discussed．The closed·loop servo controlling mode
