一种水泥混凝土引气剂引气效果的评价方法 柯国炬 交通运输部公路科学研究所,北京100088 摘要：利用氢氧化钙饱和溶液模拟水泥碱液的离子环境，测定不断稀释下引气剂饱和 氢氧化钙溶液的表面张力，找到表面张力出现拐点的引气剂浓度，对引气剂的引气作 用效果进行定性和定量判断，提出了一种水泥混凝土引气剂引气效果的评价方法。测 得：A 、B、C、D 四种引气剂的饱和碱液表面张力拐点时对应的浓度分别为：0.2*10-4 、 0.64*10-3 、0.128*10-2 、0.4*10-4 . 引气混凝土试验中，固定配比下，混凝土达到 7% 的含气量，有效固含量4% 的引气剂A 、B、C 、D 的掺量分别为水泥用量的0.03‰、 0.6‰、1‰、0.06‰. 关键词：饱和碱液；表面张力；拐点浓度值；引气效果；水泥混凝土 中图分类号：TU521.4 文献标识码:A An evaluation method about air-entraining effect of the cement concrete air-entraining agent KE Guo-ju Research Institute of Highway, Ministry of Transport, Beijing 100088 Abstract: Simulate c ement alkali ion environment through c alc ium hydroxide saturated solution , measure surfac e tension of continuously dilution air entraining agent saturated c alc ium hydroxide solution, and then find the inflection point concentration value of the surfac e tension.
