I 页 2150 辊可逆式粗轧机压下系统设计 摘要 近几年，随着轧钢工业技术的不断发展，轧钢设备也在日益更新和发展。尤其是热 轧机更是发展日新月异。本设计主要是设计 2150 四辊可逆式粗轧机压下系统。通过查 设计手册等资料和去厂里实习，然后分析各种方案，最后确定了最优方案。主要内容包 括：轧制力的计算、压下系统驱动力矩的计算、选择直流电动机、环面蜗杆减速器传动 系统的确定以及蜗轮蜗杆轴设计计算和强度校核、压下螺丝和压下螺母的强度校核、轧 钢机架的强度校核。设计过程中本着实用性、经济性、可靠性的原则。本文还简介了润 滑方式、试车规程等相关内容。 关键词：热带钢轧机；压下系统；强度校核 套图纸，加153893706 II 页 The Design of 2150 4-High Reversing Roughing Mill Reduction System Abstract Rescently,with the continual development of the rolling industry,rolling mill equipment was also updated increasingly. In particular ,hot Rolling Mill is a rapid development.The design introduces 2150 four-high reversing roughing mill reduction system. Through the search of information （Design Manual and so on ） and training to the factory, and then analyze the program, and finally to determine the optimal program.Reducer terms include : rolling force calculation,the reduction system driving torque,the choose of DC Motor,linear drive system including the Worm Reducer main right,and the the worm shaft design and strength check,reduction system to pressure screw and screw box and the strength of mill housing check.In the design process,make efforts to meet production requirements,practical,economic and reliability.In this paper also gave a brief account of lubrication,tast protocols and other related content.
