布地奈德联合复方异丙托漠氨溶液高频雾化吸入治疗细支 气管炎的护理体会 肖福英1张翼2 （1四川省成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院610100） （2四川省成都市龙泉驿区第二人民医院610100） 【摘要】目的：分析布地奈德联合复方异丙托澳氨溶液高频雾化吸入治疗 细支气管炎的临床效果及护理方法。方法：回顾性分析106例细支气管炎患儿的 临床资料，将给予了雾化吸入的患儿分为观察组，未给予雾化吸入的患儿分为对 照组，两组均常规给予抗感染、化痰止咳、平喘、退热等综合性治疗，有缺氧的 给予氧气吸入，必要时予以吸痰，并比较两组的临床效果。结果：观察组的喘憋 缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间、住院时间明显短于对照组，且总有效率明显优于对 照组，经比较差异有统计学意义（PV0.05）。结论：高频雾化吸入布地奈德和复 方异丙托澳较，能明显缩短细支气管炎患儿症状缓解时间及住院口。 【关键词】？细支气管炎；雾化吸入；布地奈德；异丙托漠钱 【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 （2015） 22-0022-02 Budesonide combined compound isopropyl Joe bromine ammonia solution nursing experienee in high frequency of atomization inhalation in the treatment of bron chiolitis Xiao Fuying.
