左卡尼丁对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响 向远湘 李勇飞 汪洋畅(广东省清远市清新区人民医院肾内科 广东清远 511800) 【摘要】目的 探讨左卡尼丁对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者微炎症状态的影 响。方法选择透析龄超过6个月的MHD患者80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。 每次透析结束后，治疗组给予静脉注射左卡尼丁1克，疗程为3个月。治疗前和 疗程结束后，分别测量患者血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素1 (IL-1)白细 胞介素6 (IL?6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-alpha;)的含量。结果 治疗组疗程完成 后CRP、IL-1 IL?6、TNF-alpha;均较治疗前显著下降(P0.05)；对照组IL?1疗 程完成后较治疗前明显下降(P0.05), CRP、IL?6、TNF-alpha;疗程完成后虽较 治疗前有所下降，但差异无显著性(P0.05)；治疗后组间比较，CRP、IL?6、 TNF-alpha;差异有统计学意义，而IL-1治疗组虽较对照组下降，但差异无显著性 (P0.05)o结论左卡尼丁可明显改善患者的微炎症状态，提高透析患者的生 活质量。 【关键词】左卡尼丁 血液透析 微炎症状态 【中图分类号】R459.6 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2013) 14-0160-02 Effects of L-carnifine on Micro-inflammnation Condition of Mainfenance Hemodialysis XIANG Yuanxiang, LI Yongfei, WANG Yangchang#61470;.
