AbstractThis Abstract This study is about using exercise control method for type 2 diabetes patients．We let patients do medium or low—intensity exercise to observe the changes of blood sugaL blood fat and BMI．Thus it can evaluate the effect of prevention and treatment of pre-diabetes．We are going to develop a personalized exercise program combining datum including the number of steps，energy consumption and sleep quality．It contributes to explore practical，feasible， effective and safe program．Therefore，it can provide a reliable basis promoting the rehabilitation of patients with pre—diabetes． R
