我国城市社区教育发展对策研究 Urban Community Education Development Countermeasures ——Taking Benxi for Example Abstract As the carrier of a lifelong education system and learning society, the community education play an important role in promoting national study, lifelong learning and the comprehensive development of people . Modern community education in our country has been risen in China for almost 30 years since the 1980s, after the initial stage, stage of exploration and experimental stage of development. The development of community education effectively promote the construction of lifelong education system in our country and the development process of learning society construction. Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and the ea stern coastal and developed economic regions has made certain experience in the community education experiment, providing reference to Benxi as respect of community education development. As effected by all the comprehensive factors of the economic society, community education in Benxi is still in starting state. How the development of community education should be located and take what kind of development strategy has become important problem that the development of community education are facing. This paper deals with the study of the problems and countermeasures of Chinas community education development, taking Benxi for example, on the basis of expounding the lifelong education system, system of learning society, essential meaning and systematic structure of community education.
