Large NC equipment with high-performance must have high feeding speed and acceleration. It must have high positioning accuracy under high speed conditions, also. These depend on the machine tool?s dynamics performance and servo control system?a performance. However, large NC equipment, of which the sample size is small, has a long life cycle. The reliability requirements of large NC equipment are so st
