基于矢量聚类与Kalman滤波的数字稳像技术研究ResearchonDigitalImageStabilizationTechnologyBasedonVectorClusteringandKalmanFilteringAbstractAselectronicimagingdevicesarewidelyusedinmilitaryandcivilfields,thequalityrequirementsofvideoareincreasinglyhigh.Especiallyinsomespecialshootingsituations,suchashand—heldcamerasystems,monitoringsysteminearthquakeandmilitaryUAVshootingsystem,thecapturedvideoisusuallyaccompaniedbyalargejiUer,whichisnotconducivetothemanualobservationandtheextractionofusefulinformation.Digitalimagestabilizationtechnologyaimedatremovingthisinterferencenoiseisavideostabilizationtechnology,whichusemethodsrelatedtodigitalimageprocessingtoeliminatethecamerajitter,andeventuallyachievethestabilityofvideosequences.Thispapermainlystudiesthecorepartofdigitalimagestabilizationprocess,andimprovesthemotionestimationalgorithmandthemotionseparationalgorithmrespectively.Thecurrentdevelopmentofdigitalimagestabilizationtechnologyhasbeenresearchedatthebeginningofthispaper.Bycomparingthestrengthsandweaknessesofdifferentalgorithms,thesimilaritymatrixisselectedastheimagetransformationmodeleventually;besides,featurepointsareextractedbythecombinedalgorithmbasedonHarriscomerdetectionandKLTtracking,andtheKalmanfilterwithgoodreal—timeperformanceandaccuracyisusedtoseparatethemotionparameters.Aimingtodealwiththeinterferenceofmovingobjectformotionestimation,animprovedalgorithmresistanttoforegroundisproposedinthispaper.Firstly,motionvectorsaredefinedbasedonthematchingfeaturepointsofadjacentimages,whichwillbedividedintodifferentcategoriesthroughtheimprovedk—meansclusteringalgorithm,andthencompletetheclassificationofallfeaturepointsintheimage.Accordingtotheproposedeliminationcriterionofmovingobjectincontinuousvideoimages,theblindseparationofbackgroundisachievedeffectively,whichmakesthelocalmotionvectorsofreservedfeaturepointsconsistent.Finally,thereservedmotionvectorsoffeaturepointsareusedtocomputetheglobalmotionparameters,whichensurethattheobtainedcameramotionismoreaccurateandclosetoreality.Furthermore
