Shanghai H uahong N EC Electron Comp any Ltd. , Shanghai 20120 , China) - Abstract : T he coagulating process for removal of F ions in semiconductor industrial w astew ater w as investigated systematically by using lime as precipitating agent, poly ferric chlorine ( PFC) and poly alumina chlorine ( PA C) as coagulants, and polyacrylamide ( PAM) as flocculant. T he effects of dosage of additive, type of coagulants, pH, and settling time on re - moval efficiency of F ions w ere explored. Results show that coagulant PFC possesses better - performance than coagulant PAC. T he highest removal rate of F ions is obtained w hen the dosage of Ca( OH) 2 is 2.
