核磁共振成像在肛周感染性病变中的诊断价值评价 【摘要】目的 对核磁共振成像在肛周感染性病变中的诊断价值进行分析和讨论。方法 本次60例研究对象均为我院2016年1月-2017年3月接收的诊肛周感染患者，根据以上患者病变特征、位置以及MRI图像进行分型，与此同时，将其检查结果与手术结果进行比较。结果 经过手术之后，脓肿患者一共有52个，其中深部脓肿16个，复合脓肿36个，诊断准确率均为100%，术前MRI诊断中，一共有15个深部脓肿，35个复合脓肿，诊断准确率分别为93.75%和97.22%，同手术结果相比，无明显差异，统计学无意义（P0.05）；52个脓肿一共有54个内口，其中复合脓肿内口17个，深部脓肿内口37个，诊断正确率均为100%，术前核磁共振诊断中，有16个复合脓肿内口，35个深部脓肿内口，诊断准确率分别为94.12%和94.59%，同手术结果相比，无明显差异，统计学无意义（P0.05）。结论 核磁共振能够准确的诊断术前肛周感染性病变，尤其是脓腔内口和脓腔，其可以为临床诊断提供重要依据，值得广泛应用和推广。 【关键词】肛周感染；病变；核磁共振成像 Evaluation of diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging in perianal infectious diseases Objective to analyze and discuss the diagnostic value of MRI in perianal infectious diseases.
