word文档整理分享 参考资料 word文档整理分享 参考资料 宁波理工学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 三自由度工业用机械手控制系统设计　　 　　　　 姓 名 XXX 学 号 3021142XXX 专业班级 10 机械 指导教师 XX 分 院 成人教育学院 　 完成日期 2017 年4月X日 摘 要 机械手是机器人研究的热门领域之一，不仅在工业还在其它行业都发挥着越来越大的作用。而且随着工业生产自动化程度的不断提高，工业机械手在生产现场的流水线中扮演着越来越重要的作用，现在已成为现代化工业生产中不可缺少的重要环节。 本文在了解机械手和PLC控制技术的国内外研究现状及发展趋势基础上，而选用了三自由度机械手作为控制对象进行研究。 本文基于控制和计算机监控的相关理论，根据工业机械手的控制要求，完成了其运动控制设计以及组态监控系统构建，对控制系统的总体构造、控制流程以及构成系统的各个模块的功能和控制方式进行了研究。 关键词: 三自由度机械手；PLC；控制系统；工业生产  Abstract Robot is one of the hot areas of robot research and is playing an increasingly important role not only in industry but also in other industries. At the same time, with the continuous improvement of industrial production automation, industrial robots in the production site of the pipeline plays an increasingly important role, has become an indispensable modern industrial production important link. Based on the research status and development trend of robot and PLC control technology, this paper chooses three-degree-of-freedom manipulator as the control object.
