十二年國民基本教育課程綱要特色
及其在特殊教育之應用建議

摘 要
十二年國民基本教育課程綱要總綱於2014 年 11 月公布，並訂於2018 年8 月
開始逐年實施。此次修訂的課綱將特殊教育及特殊類型班級學生的學習需求與規
劃納入其中，顯示我國在融合教育的推展上又邁進了一大步。作者期能透過本文
說明此課綱訂定之特色及與特殊教育之相關，進而提出其在特殊教育應用之建議，
俾利特殊教育工作者及相關研究者能更深入了解其規劃與實施之意義與作法。

Abstract
The Ministry of Education started to announce 12-year Education Curriculum Guide
in Nov, 2014 and scheduled its implementation in Aug, 2018. This newly revised 12-year
Education Curriculum Guide included curriculum designs for students with special needs,
instead of only for regular students. In this article, the authors explored the characteristics
of this curriculum guide and its correlation with special education. The writers then made
some suggestions for future implementations. We hope the contents can provide special
educators and researchers new knowledge and enhance their existing knowledge, as well
as furnish suggestions for application of this newly-revised curriculum guide.
