毕业设计 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 灌云县临港产业区安居小区位于江苏省连云港市灌云县燕尾港镇，是一栋(5+1)层多层建筑，建筑面积为2991.03平方米，结构类型为砖混结构。本毕业设计主要是编制该工程的招标文件和投标文件. 其中招标文件中规定了对投标者的各种投标要求，以及要求投标者遵守的有关合同条件、投标书制作要求及各种投标表格的范本、评标的方法等。投标文件则分为商务标和技术标两个部分，商务标根据湖南省06清单计价法划分工程分项，计算出实物工程量，采用实物编制法编制本工程的施工图预算，根据招标方要求的取费依据取费，做出满足合同形式要求、以定额计价形式表现的投标报价；技术标的制作是根据现行有关规范、标准，采取有效的质量、进度、安全、文明施工等保证措施，在满足规定工期的基础上，提出工期优化的方案，并与规定工期对比，进行技术经济分析。 关键词： 招标文件； 商务标 ； 施工组织设计 PAGE PAGE i ABSTRACT Guanyun Lingang apartment 17 located at Province Jiangsu, Lianyungang city. the layer (5+1), the gross altitude 18.54meters mixes the structure for the brick, the floor space is 2991.03 square meters.
