Insurance company as knowledge, technology, intelligence intensive enterprise, talent to promote the future development of the enterprise and the business, technology, management, system innovation, and other aspects of the role is also particularly prominent and important. Under the background of economic globalization, Chinas insurance companies are faced with great challenges. The financial and insurance market is becoming more and more mature, and the homogenization competition among the insurance companies is increasingly fierce. How in the future competitive environment in good position, improve the companys management system training, so as to improve the enterprise personnels overall quality, skills, become the company in the future fierce competition can win the determinants.
