基于邮件的网络传真系统的设计与实现 基于邮件的网络传真系统的设计与实现 摘要 随着CTI技术的不断发展，其应用几乎覆盖了各个行业。CTI业 务已从单纯的电话语音业务发展到复杂的呼叫中心。近几年来，网络 传真业务也随之发展起来。网络传真是一种以因特网为基础的新兴的 电信增值业务；通过网络传真平台，用户可以将各种电子文档通过PC 机方便、廉价地发送到世界各地的传真机上。这是一种新兴的点对多 点传真通讯方式，使用户可以一次性将文档传至全球多个传真机上， 用户只需几秒便完成所有发送操作。 本文设计和实现了基于邮件的网络传真系统(Email2Fax)，所做 的主要工作如下： l、 概述了基于邮件的网络传真系统网络结构及其软件框架。 2、 设计和实现了简易的、可配置的邮件网关。 3、 实现了多任务文档格式转化引擎，这也是本课题主要难点之 一o 4、 阐述T．30传真通讯规程，设计和实现了基于DSP的传真网 关。 5、 本文对系统中采用的安全机制、灾难恢复、分布式任务分配 机制做了详细的分析。 关键词：网络传真 虚拟打印传真网关T．30 DESIGN DESIGN AND IMPLEMENl=越nON OF删L．BASED INIERNET fiAX SYSTEM ABSl7RACT Along with the development of Cn technology,its applications almost cover every field．The services of Cn also expand from pure telephone services to complicated call center．In resent years．the Network．Fax service is also developed． ne Network．Fax service is a new value．added service based on Intemet．With the Network．Fax platform．users can send various electronic jfiies on PC to different fax machines in the world conveniently and cheaply．1nhis is a newly—developed, point．to-multipoint method for fax telecommunication，which enables the USer tO send files to many different fax machines in the world through one operation．The whole sending process only takes several se∞n(1s． 1nhe email-based internet fax system is designed and implemented，and the main work focuses on the following aspej(：ts： 1．Generally introduce the network structure and software architecture of the email—based intemet fax system． 2．Design and implement a simple and confignrable gateway for emails which carry faxes． 3．Realize the multi·task file transfer engine，one of the main problems of this project． 4． Elaborate the T．30 regulation of fax telecommunication．And also design and implement the DSP gateway for fax． 5． This paper analyzes the adopted mechanisms of security，disaster recovery and distributed task assignment in details． KEYWORDS： Network·Fax，Virtual Printer,FAX Gateway,T．30 独创性(或创新性)声明 独创性(或创新性)声明 本人声明所呈交的论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究 成果。尽我所知，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢
