沈阳理工大学应用技术学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目：基于PLC的多层升降横移立体车库控制系统设计 系 别： 信息工程系 专 业： 自动化 学生姓名： 荆清茂 指导教师： 魏静敏 2010年 6月 摘 要 本文设计针对由于城市空间有限，并且城市中车辆日益增多所造成的停车难问题，设计了基于PLC的多层升降横移立体车库控制系统，立体横移式车库占地面积小，操作方面、智能，利用PLC程序，可以使操作变得简单易懂，使人们存取车辆更加方便快捷，并且运用世纪星组态软件对PLC进行实时监控。 本文首先介绍了立体车库的开发背景、意义以及国内外的现状。其次对立体车库做了整体性的设计，包括工作原理、操作方式等。接着对PLC的软件单元进行了透彻的分析并编写控制程序，软件设计分为手动移动、自动移动两种模式，自动模式下能够实现自动判断存取状态、自动复位等功能。最后通过世纪星组态软件实现对智能立体车库的实时监控。 立体车库在生活中的确有着广泛的应用空间，能够给人们带来巨大的帮助。随着科学的进一步发展，立体车库必定会有更大的发展，会更好的服务于人们。 关键词：立体车库；可编程控制器；组态软件 Abstract This article is designed by the targeted to slove the problems of urban space is limited, and the growing number of cities caused by vehicles parking difficult issue.
