摘 摘 要 企业综合实力是独立经营的企业在市场经济环境中相对于其它企 业所表现出来的生存能力和持续发展能力的总和。企业综合实力被认为 是企业经济增长的源泉和推动企业经济发展的有效途径。今天，企业综 合实力的增强己经成为决定企业生存和发展的动力和源泉。因此，如何 客观、科学、有效、定量地评价企业综合实力，对于企业在同行业竞争 中客观的认识自身的处境，采取适当的发展战略，提供自身的竞争优势， 获得最佳的经济效益和社会效益具有特别重要的现实意义。另外，对企 业进行评价，无论对于转变政府职能、帮助潜在投资者、债权人客观衡 量企业经营状况，还是促使企业找出差距、提高自我管理水平、强化企 业激励约束机制都将具有极大的促进作用。本文主旨是对企业综合实力 进行分析，建立一套基于企业综合实力的评价指标体系，并在此基础上 探讨对其进行评价的方法。 本文在国内外对于企业综合实力的评价指标体系和评价方法的研 究基础上，针对当前评价企业综合实力的方法所存在的不足，提出一种 基于BP神经网络的企业综合实力评价方法。首先建立企业综合实力评 价指标体系，然后根据指标体系，设计BP神经网络模型，并给出可行 的评价程序。在计算方法上，用MATLAB的神经网络工具箱(NNT)来进行 网络设计和计算。通过大量学习样本的训练和测试，使模型的误差达到 预定的范围内，至此一个完整的网络模型建立完毕。最后，以实例来验 证这种方法的准确性和可操作性。 关键词：企业综合实力BP神经网络评价指标 ABSTRACTThe ABSTRACT The enterprise synthetically strength is the sum of the individual enterprise survival ability and sustained development ability which is showing out in the market economy environment relative to the other enterprises．Synthetically strength of the enterprise is considered as the wellhead of the enterprise economic growth and the effective approach which driving the development of the enterprise economy．Today, strengthening the synthetically strength of the enterprise has became the driving force and wellhead which decide the existing and developing of the enterprise．Therefore，how to aSsess the synthetically strength of the enterprise objectively, scientifically,effectively, quantitatively,has especially important practical or immediate significance．It is helpful to the enterprises tO recognize oneself obiectively in the completing with the industry,to adopt appropriate development strategy,gain optimum economic retums and social benefits．Also，parasail the enterprise could promote a maximum’S effect which embodies that not only altering the functions of the govemment，helping the lurking investor,the creditor objective to judge enterprise business performance，but also helping the enterprise to find out the spatial difference，improving their management level，to strengthen enterprise stimulating restraint mechanism．The main
