Abstract Research on Garment Manufacturing Standard Working Hour Formulation Method Based on Data Mining Research on Garment Manufacturing Standard Working Hour Formulation Method Based on Data Mining Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, garment manufacturing industry has converted from the traditional manufacturing mode into the modern manufacturing mode featured with streamline, informatization and standardization. At present domestic clothing manufacturing enterprise widely use GSD standard working hour for process design, production process control and personnel assessment. Generally speaking, GSD standard working hour sets up a standard time for each procedure. However, proficiency level of the operators, differences in fabrics, design and style combine to influence the actual working hour in manufacturing practice. Therefore, garment manufacturing process based on GSD is influenced by a multiple of factors, and there exists a gap between the planned time and actual working hour, which exerts a bad impact on the working enthusiasm of some working staff, and hinders the overall progress of manufacturing efficiency. Recently, it has become a common concern of the garment manufacturing enterprises to improve the standard working hour on the basis of GSD. This thesis collects and analyzes the actual situation of GSD standard working hour of a large-scale garment manufacturing enterprise in Suzhou, and then puts forward a improvement scheme against the unreasonable formulation. Firstly，a prediction model based on neural network is established to predict the manufacturing hour, whose influencing factors are then sequenced by verifying the correctness of the prediction model. Secondly, an analysis model based on the association rules is set up to find out the reliability and credibility, the extent to which the influencing factors influence the standard working hour in certain condition.
