浅析大学生就业问题的政府职责摘要近年来，在中国就业形势较为严峻的大背景之下，就业难已不仅仅是困扰低学历者或无学历者的问题，大学生也逐步陷入就业难的行列Z中，并成为屮国社会普遍关注的焦点问题之一。木文采用实证分析法与文献资料法相结合的手法从政府责任的角度出发去探讨如何解决当前大学生就业难的问题，论述了政府一作为国家权威的代表机构，在解决大学生就业问题屮，承担着义不容辞的职责和义务，深入分析政府在大学生就业机制屮的职责缺失，并H明确定位政府职责是有效解决大学牛就业问题的重要提前。通过对大学牛就业中政府职责的现状的分析，找出了大学生就业过程中的政府职责的缺失，从而提出了优化政府职能，促进大学生就业的方案。关键词：大学生就业政府职责Employment of College Students of Government ObligationsAbstractIn recent years, the employment situation in China under the background of the more severe, difficult employment has not only plagued with low qualifications or no qualifications, the problem, students have gradually stepped into the ranks among the difficult employment and become widespread in Chinese society one of focus.
