This Thesis has introduced, compared and selected various static and dynamic webpage development technologies for the teaching resource net. Depending on different demands, the teaching resource net mainly focuses on webpage development technology and is aided by some webpages selecting static webpage technologies. This Thesis has analyzed, compared and selected various webpage development tools and making software and has discussed some common skills for the local module design of the teaching resource net. ④ The analysis of the safe access technology for the teaching resource net. Safe access is the important integral part to design and realize the teaching resource net. This Thesis has introduced the common network safety technologies, has analyzed the safety strategies adopted by the digital teaching resource net, has respectively analyzed and discussed various protection technologies for the webpage content of the teaching resource net and has defined that the technologies for the safe access and protection of the teaching resource net are not separate but cooperative with each other in application.
