华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract The technology of medicine and computer science is developing very fast, and so is the interdiscipline of them. As a cross-discipline of biology and information sciences, the research of the Virtual Surgery is very significant to medical diagnosing. Because of its widely using, Open Inventor, Open GL and GHOST are chosen as the developing tools. Some technique are uesd in the dissertation work to developing this complex 3D model voyage, such as zipping the 3D model, lighting , shadow rendering, repairing distorted model and using cache of the voyage. In this paper, there are three aspects to be discussed: The development with 3D reconstruction of the model as well as the optimization of the grid model was implemented. A high quality modeling has been constructed by implementing the shadow effect. Related issues on real-time delineation has been implemented, including the view between close shot and instant shot. In this research, the detection of continuity frames has been implement, both the technique of surface examination and localization of the virtual camera has been implemented too. The advantages of GHOST and OpenGL languages have been used together to exploring the software which is based on force feedback.
