内窑摘要 中小企业已经成为繁荣我国经济的震要力...在我国级济领域中占据了十分!t耍的 位置(.而技术创新对于中小企业实现可持续发展，最大限度延长企业生命周期的关键性 作用业已得到了广泛认同.然而，很多中小企业却由于不能清楚地了解自身成长阶段的 特征与问题，同时对于技术创新模式认识不足，无法合理开展技术创新活动，阻碍了中 小企业的发展.因此，从理论层面指导中小企业根据自身发展状况采用合理的技术创新 模式，进而探究技术创新模式与中小企业成长的内在联系就成为我们必须给予关注的一 个重要课题. 本文以企业生命周期理论与技术创新理论作为研究的理论基石，从技术创新的涌 义、特征和中小企业技术创新概述入手，在全面、深入分析中小企业技术创新模式及中 小企业生命周期各阶段特征与问题的基础上，构建了基于中小企业生命周期的技术创新 模式选挎梯级模型，指出了中小企业各个成长阶段应采用的具体技术创新模式，同时提 出中小企业成长的根本动力来源于多维创新所形成的合力.因此，中小企业应根据不同 成长阶段的特征和问题将具体技术创新模式与管穰创新、组织创新、营销创新以及创新 文化相结合，构成复合技术创新模式，从而带动中小企业的成长.最后，本文通过典型 案例分析对所提出的观点和模裂进行了验证. 关键诩:!lI小企业企业生命周期技术创新模式技术创新能力 Abstract Medium and Small Enterprises (MSEs) beωme m碍。r powers of economic development ，taking extremely impo血nt position ín Chinese 仅:onomy.
