摘 要 随着高校管理变革的逐步推进、实验室建设的进一步规范化、复杂化，高校 设备管理工作也变得更加繁重和复杂。如何利用校园网来进行校园设备管理，成 为必然的选择。本信息系统合理的借鉴国际领先的设备管理思想并结合国内学校 设备管理现状，可以完全能满足国内学校设备管理的需要。并通过对设备管理情 况的研究探索，以灵活、通用为主要设计思想，开发适合于教学设备管理的信息 系统。本系统将会提高学校的办公效率和设备可靠性，减少工作人员的劳动强度， 减少办公耗材，提高学校的现代化管理水平。 本课题针对学院的计算机系统及网络环境，利用先进的网页编程技术 ASP．NET 与后端数据库连接的数据库操作模型 ADO．NET 相结合，设计了可在 网络上运行的设备管理信息系统，完成了设备的浏览、统计、申请、报废、打印 各类报表及留言等功能。本系统的开发语言选择 C#，开发工具是 Visual Studio．NET 2003，数据库系统选择 SQL Server 2000，服务器操作系统为 Windows 2003 Server。 关键词：设备管理信息系统；B/S 结构；ASP.NET；ADO.NET ABSTRACT Following gradual promotion in management，further standardizafionand eomplication of laboratory construction improved in university smanagement，universitys equipmerit management becomes more strenuousand mole complicated too．How to make use of campus network to managethe equipments of the campus，which becomes the inevitable choice．The reference information system and reasonable thinking the worlds leading device management and device management with status of national schools to be fully able to meet the needs of the domestic management of school facilities. And through the management of the equipment to explore, with a flexible, universal as the main design, development of equipment suitable for teaching management information systems. This system will improve the efficiency of the school office and equipment reliability, reduce labor intensity, reduce office supplies and improve the schools modern management level.
