万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 摘 要 以“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”为理念的大学生志愿服务，由于其已深入的融入 到我国社会主义现代化的建设中，充分的反映出了大学生在构建社会主义和谐社会的 时代使命下所肩负的历史重任；更由于其恰当的顺应了在新时期里大学生主体意识、 参与意识逐渐增强的代际心理特征，因此为大学生在建设有中国特色的社会主义的伟 大事业中如何实现人生价值指明了道路。同时，由于大学生志愿服务在开展的过程中 所显现出的独特的育人功能，建设性的回答了怎样坚持以马克思主义的指导思想引领 多样化的意识形态，帮助大学生在纷繁复杂的社会思潮中辨别方向、明确是非、树立 正确的世界观、人生观、价值观；怎样在思想政治教育中更好地贯彻以人为本，体现 人文关怀，在尊重人、理解人、关心人、帮助人中教育人、启发人、引导人、塑造人， 为加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作提供了一种有效的方法，具有重要的理论意义 和实践意义。 本文力求在借鉴以往研究成果的基础上有所突破，全文共分五章。第一章阐述了 本文的研究背景，介绍了国内外对于大学生志愿服务的研究现状以及本文的研究内容 和方法，提出了本研究的创新之处；第二章厘清了我国大学生志愿服务的基本概念， 分析了大学生志愿服务的发展的历程及志愿服务的主要形式；第三章阐述了我国大学 生志愿服务育人功能内涵，及大学生志愿服务具有育人功能的内在依据，并着重分析 了大学生志愿服务育人功能的影响因素、基本特征及其对高校思想政治教育的意义； 第四章分别从阻碍大学生志愿服务育人功能有效发挥的内外部障碍两方面来分析当 前大学生志愿服务育人功能的开发现状；第五章为了针对现阶段育人功能开发现状而 提出完善对策，首先设置理论假设，以实证调研和双变量统计分析方法，即列联分析 和卡方检验来证明理论假设的成立。第六章在之后完善对策的具体分析中，基本围绕 着被证明成立的理论假设点来展开，使提出的对策更有的放矢，提高其在解决问题时 的实效性。 关键词：思想政治教育；大学生志愿服务; 育人功能 I Abs Abstract Abstract With “dedication,friendship, mutual aid and progress”for the concept of college students volunteer service, because its has deep into our country socialist modernization construction, fully reflects the college students in building a socialist harmonious society under the age of her mission historical mission; The more due to its proper complies with the college students in the new period subject consciousness, participation consciousness gradually enhance the intergenerational psychological characteristics, so for college students of socialist construction with Chinese feature the great cause of how to achieve the life value points the way.
