山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 在新经济环境下，企业的内外部环境发生了巨大变化，必然要求企业的成本管理发 展与创新，以适应信息高速化的经济环境。成本管理是企业管理的中心环节，在企业管 理中发挥着巨大的作用。其提高经济效益的途径主要有两种：一是提高价格以增加收入； 二是降低成本，减少开支。提高价格的潜力不是很大，减少开支、降低成本才是一条重 要的途径。尤其是对于煤炭企业而言，成本更是衡量企业经济效益和管理水平好坏的重 要指标。因此，企业应加强成本管理，求得生存与发展。 本文通过对内部市场和作业标准成本研究，设计出了一套适合我国煤炭企业成本管 理的体系，形成“作业标准成本—内部市场价格—实际成本”相结合的成本控制模式。 不仅可以根据成本动因找到成本发生的根源，进行根源控制，而且将员工的工资收入与 内部市场主体的收入费用直接挂钩，充分调动了员工的积极性和能动性。 全文共分为六部分，首先阐明本文选题的依据、意义和研究内容与方法，分析了已 有文献的研究现状以及研究的基本思路。以内部市场化管理理论、作业成本管理理论和 标准成本管理理论为基础，阐述了基于内部市场的作业标准成本管理理论的内涵、必要 性、原则、采用的基本原理，全面系统的从前馈控制子系统、过程控制子系统和反馈控 制子系统三方面构建了基于内部市场的作业标准成本管理体系。并在文章的最后一部分， 将其应用于煤炭企业的成本管理过程中。本文建立的研究成果为我国企业成本管理提供 了一种新的思路与方法，对企业的发展提供一定的借鉴和参考意义。 关键词：作业标准成本；内部市场；煤炭企业；前馈控制；过程控制；反馈控制 Abstract In the new economic environment, the internal and external environment of the company has great changed, it request s enterprise cost ma nagement development and innovation, to adapt to the information high economic environment. Cost ma nagement is the enterprise ma nagement center link, pla ys a tremendous role. Enterprise has two kinds to improve economic efficiency: one is to raise price to increase income; two is to reduce cost, to reduce expenses.
