11 11 .一，啸- - . ._--翩翩阜- 111111 11111111111 IIII!IIIIIIIIIIIIIII 11111Y184974 丁 摘要 摘要 我国已经进入技术信息时代，软件产业对于在整个社会的发展进程起着越 来越重要的作用，为软件开发实施有效的管理是决定软件产业发展的至关重要 的因素。软件项目管理主要是对软件项目的影响因素，如人力，工期，成本， 生产效率，风险等进行管理和分析，其目的是为了使软件项目在预定的成本和 时间范围内按时按量的顺利完成。目前国内大多数软件企业几乎都是 100 人以 下的中小企业，而这些企业难以发展起来的最主要原因就是严重的成本超支以 及软件项目设法按时交付。而目前针对软件项目的戚本管理理论和实践的研究， 主要是面向大中型软件企业的大中型软件开发项目:因此，针对我国中小规模 软件开发项目的实际情况，探寻软件项目的成本管理迫在眉睫。 在国内外相关理论研究的基础上，本文首先介绍了项目管理和系统动力学 的相关理论，分析软件项目成本的构成，管理过程以及系统动力学原理及相关 应用:然后总结项目成本管理的关键影响因素，根据系统动力学的建模原理分 析软件企业的戚本影响因素之间相互影响，相互作用的关系，构建起软件项目 成本管理的系统动力学模型来:最后选取了一个小型软件开发项目进行模型仿 真并提出一些对策。本文从系统的观点出发研究人员变动，培训，以及企业资 掘的配置，这对我国中小型软件企业进行项目成本管理具有重要的现实意义。 关键词:软件企业:成本管理:系统动力学 Abstract Abstract Wi由白e rapid development of information technology ，the software industry is playing an increasingly important role in the national economy.
