摘要 摘 要 随着信息产业的高速发展，国内大多数的高校都采用了图书管理系统，使学 生和老师通过图书管理系统或网络完成图书的查询和借阅。在查询和借阅过程中 会积累大量的不同类型的对于图书资源的访问数据，如何运用数据挖掘技术分析 和处理这些有价值的信息，为读者提供更高质量的服务，为决策者提供辅助参考 意见是高校图书馆急需解决的问题。 本文主要从两个方面实施挖掘分析： 一方面，以图书馆读者的借阅信息为研究对象，分成读者和图书两个角度采 用典型的 K-means 聚类算法进行了数据挖掘分析。在对读者的聚类分析中，根 据读者的借阅量，将读者分为不活跃读者、一般读者、活跃读者三个等级；将一 天分成了 5 个时间段，研究了每个时间段的读者量，分析了形成读者量大小的原 因；在对图书的聚类分析中，根据每本书的借阅次数，将图书分为读者感兴趣图 书、一般感兴趣图书和不感兴趣图书三类。以上的分析研究均对图书馆给出了合 理化的建议。 另一方面针对关联规则算法中经典的 Apriori 算法扫描数据库次数较多的瓶 颈问题，采用一种基于布尔矩阵的表示法改进了原有的 Apriori 算法。改进后的 算法在相同的事物数、相同的最小支持度下时间效率有了明显的提高。并采用改 进的 Apriori算法以某高校图书馆中 2013 年全年的借阅记录为挖掘对象进行挖掘 分析，找出具有强关联性的图书，并提取规则模式，最终根据得出的规则模式与 读者进行匹配向读者进行个性化图书推荐。 关键词 图书管理 数据挖掘 Apriori 算法 K- means 算法 Ⅰ II II Abstract Abstract With the rapid development of information industry, most of domestic universities have adopted the library management system, so that students and teachers through the books management system management system or network to complete the books query and lending.
