摘 要 本文利用基础工业工程相关理论知识，结合某汽车密封条生产单位的PU工位的具体生产过程，开展了生产线优化研究，为能够解决工厂实际问题提供可行性方案。通过对该公司的生产流程、工艺流程进行分析和研究后，着重运用MOD法对该汽车密封条生产单位PU工位的员工进行动作分析，基于模特法动作分析结果的基础上，了解该工位的生产现状，从中找到部分工序环节存在的问题，并运用相关知识提出相应的具体的解决方法，以达到生产线优化的目的。 同时介绍了flexsim仿真软件的功能及应用基础等，并运用该软件对公司PU工位动进行仿真，从而使改善结果更加的清晰体现，进而证实改善的可行性。 关键词： 生产平衡率 动作分析 MOD法 flexsim仿真 Abstract This paper analyzed the optimization of the assembly line using the relevant theoretical knowledge of basic industrial engineering, combined with the specific productive process of the PU station of one productive establishment producing car sealing strips. And then put forward some feasible strategies to solve real problems in the factories. This paper first analyzed the work flow and process flow of this company and then made the motion analysis of the PU station staff of the car sealing strips productive establishment by the MOD Method. This paper also analyzed the production status on the basis of the results of the model method motion analysis. And then some problems existing in some process links were found. Finally, this paper put forward some strategies to cope with the problems, combined with some relevant knowledge, and then the goal of optimizing the assembly line could be reached. Meanwhile, the function of the simulation software “flexsim” and the application basis were introduced. And the simulation of the PU station staff in the company was done by this software, which made the optimizing results more explicit and verified the feasibility of optimizing.
