阳光小区2#住宅楼设计 PAGE II 阳光小区2#住宅楼设计 本科毕业设计 土木工程 阳光小区2#住宅楼设计 Design of No.2 of Sunshine Building Village 阳光小区2#住宅楼设计 PAGE 34 阳光小区2#住宅楼设计 摘要：本次毕业设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分内容。建筑物内功能布置明确。建筑绘图采用CAD软件、天正绘图软件，结构绘图主要应用天正绘图软件、探索者绘图软件，该软件是现在普遍使用的建筑绘图软件以及结构绘图软件。结构部分为框架结构，结构设计主要内容为荷载计算，梁、板、柱配筋计算，楼梯设计计算、柱下桩基础设计计算。整个框架计算使用PKPM软件，且对其中一榀框架进行了详细的计算。基础采用桩基础，桩采用端承摩擦桩，整个建筑物是适应时代发展的。 关键词：住宅楼；框架；桩基础 Design of No.2 of Sunshine Building village Abstract:The graduation includes two parts—architectural design and structure design.The building features a clear layout. Building drawing depends on CAD software,whitch is one of the most practical architecture graphics software. The building is a frame structure. PKPM software is used through the whole calculation work, and one Pin of the frame work is chosed for detailed calculation.The chief content s of this structural design conclude the calcuculation of load ,reinforcement of beams, slabs and columns, the design for stairs and the design for pile foundations under the posts . It is based on a pile foundation which gets a force by friction. The whole building is adapt to the contemporary trend.
