广州市某装配车间双跨轻钢厂房设计（21m+24m) 广州市某装配车间双跨轻钢厂房设计(21m+24m) PAGE II PAGE I 本科毕业设计 土木工程 广州市某装配车间双跨轻钢厂房设计（21m+24m) The design of a double spans of light steel assembly plant workshop,Guangzhou (21m +24 m) 广州市某装配车间双跨轻钢厂房设计（21m+24m) 【摘要】此次工程设计为广州市内一个双跨（21m+24m)钢结构，为装配车间轻钢厂房，厂房建筑面积为2430m2,白天使用以自然采光为主。该厂房设计为门式刚架结构,以轻钢材料为主体，屋面板采用彩色压型钢板，主要对承重结构进行了内力分析和内力组合，并依次计算确定梁柱截面，对梁柱作了弯剪压计算，验算其平面内外的稳定性；梁柱均采用Q235,钢刚架节点均为刚接，连接选用10.9级高强螺栓，柱脚采用锚栓连接，焊接采用坡口焊缝Ⅱ级焊。 【关键词】：轻型钢结构；门式刚架；高强螺栓；焊接。 The design of a double spans of light steel assembly plant workshop,Guangzhou (21m +24 m) 【ABSTRACT】This project situated in the suburbs of Guangzhou, it has 54 meters in length and a 21-meter and 25-meter span seted two cranes. The total construction area is 2430 m2, which relies mainly on natural lighting at daytime. It is a portal steel frame structure, primarily is using the material of lignt-weighted steel products. However, the proof of the building adopts the color steel sandwichpiston. The tractate includes the internal force analyzes and combines, based on these analyse, we can choose the section of beam and columniation. Then, checking computations stability calculation of the plane structure. The steel beam and column employs Q235 carbon structural steel.
