宁波市穷二代生存情况调查研究 宁波市穷二代生存情况调查研究 PAGE II PAGE III 本科毕业设计 资源环境与城乡规划管理 宁波市穷二代生存情况调查研究 The investigation of Ningbo poor second-generation’s survival condition 宁波市穷二代生存情况调查研究 摘要：“穷二代”，是相对于“富二代”的一种称谓，指中国改革开放以后产生的一种新的社会阶层。“穷二代”在社会中属于弱势群体，他们主要来源于农村，目前从农村大量涌入城市，广泛地存在于城市和农村之中。“穷二代”的形成原因比较复杂，有历史的原因也有现实的原因，有个体的责任也有社会的责任。但其存在却是不争的事实。那么这个群体的生存现状和困境，诉求，心态如何？数量庞大的他们将会给这个社会带来什么影响？会是希望还是负担？这一系列的问题，需要我们关注重视和了解，通过调查和分析，了解穷二代的生存情况，并对他们的生存存在的困境提出正确可行的应对之策。 关键词：穷二代；产生原因；调查分析；应对措施；法律保护。 The investigation of Ningbo poor second-generation’s survival condition Abstract?: Poor second generation is an appellation relative to Rich second generation , refers to a new social class produced after Chinas reform and opening up. Poor second generation in society are vulnerable groups, it mainly comes from the countryside, current influx from rural to urban, widely lies in urban and rural areas. Poor second generation is more complicated, the reasons for the formation of a historical and practical, for individual responsibility also theres social responsibility. But its existence has been the fact that does not dispute. So how about this group’s survival situation and trouble, appeal, their indset? What the effects of the huge number of them to this society? is it will be hope or burden? This series of questions, we need to focus attention and understanding it, through the investigation and analysis of the poor second generation,to understand poor survival condition to their survival, and put forward the feasibility of policy measures for the existing problems and difficulties.
