宁波市某小区3#楼设计 PAGE 56 本科毕业设计 土木工程 宁波市某小区3#楼设计 The design of No.3 building in Ningbo city 宁波市某小区3#楼设计 PAGE I 宁波市某小区3#楼设计 摘要：本设计的主要内容为小区住宅楼的结构设计，结构形式选用的是六层带阁楼混凝土框架结构。该小区住宅楼由两单元组成，套型面积为134，1层层高为2.4m.2—7层层高均为3m,7层为复式层。屋顶为平屋顶。 本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分，其中结构设计为主体部分。建筑设计包括方案确定，建筑施工图绘制，而结构设计主要是以PKPM结构设计软件电算和一榀框架手算相结合的方式进行。结构设计主要内容为荷载计算，梁、板、柱配筋计算，楼梯设计计算、柱下桩基础设计计算。 此次设计运用到了不少知识，包括准确使用PKPM结构设计软件进行结构分析计算；应用所学的专业知识进行手算；运用Excel软件进行内力组合计算以及运用Word软件对手算结果进行整理、排版等等。通过本多层混凝土框架结构的完整设计，使我能系统总结，勤于思考，综合地运用所学的基础理论知识和专业知识来解决实际的工程设计问题，并能进一步加强我的建筑设计和结构设计的能力。 关键字：住宅楼;框架结构;建筑设计;结构设计 The design of No.3 building in a residential area 【Abstract】: The main task of this design is the structural design of a residengtial building, whose structure form is seven-storey concrete frame structure with attic.This redidential building is composed of two units,the dwelling size area is 134m2 .The height of storey two to seven is 3m. The design includes architectural design and structural design ,and the main part is the structural design . Architectural design includes program identification and building construction drawing. Structural design is the combination of the calculation of software PKPM and the hand-counting of one frame.The chief content s of this structural design conclude the calcuculation of load ,reinforcement of beams, slabs and columns, the design for stairs and the design for pile foundations under the posts . This design uses much knowledge ,which concludes precise using of software PKPM, the application of specialty knowledge which have learned to the hand-counting, the application of software Excel to calculate combination of internal forces and the use of software Word to collate the calculation results and so on.. Through the graduation design, I learn to use the basic knowledge and expertise to solve practical engineering design problems, and I further strengthen the architectural design and structural design capabilities. 【Keywords】: residential buildings; framed structure; architectural
