PAGE PAGE I 本科毕业论文（设计）模板 本科毕业论文(设计) 论文题目： 我国中小企业信用担保体系探究 学生姓名： 张晶 学 号： 0906991331 专 业： 财务管理 班 级： 财管0903 指导教师： 刘难 完成日期：2013年 5 月 17 日 我国中小企业信用担保体系探究 内 容 摘 要 在现代经济中，建立中小企业担保体系，缓解中小企业融资难问题，是各国政府扶持中小企业发展的通行做法。我国的中小企业信用担保体系起步晚、环境建设不完善、缺乏相关的人才及经验，因此在实践中还存在着种种不足。本文旨在对国内现状深刻认识的基础上，从多个方面指出了其存在的问题，并从中小企业、担保机构、银行、政府四个层面进行了原因分析，最终提出了如何建立和完善我国中小企业信用担保体系。 关键词：中小企业 融资 信用担保体系 本 On Credit Guarantee System of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Abstract In modern economy, establishing small and medium-sized enterprise guarantee system and easing the small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problem are the practice of governments of various countries to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. There are all sorts of shortcomings in the practice of small and medium-sized enterprise credit guarantee system in China because that it started late, its environment construction is imperfect, relevant talents and experience are scarce. The purpose of this paper is to point out its existing problems from several aspects on the basis of deep understanding about the present situation of domestic. And this paper analyses its reason from four perspectives: small and medium-size businesses, guarantee agencies, Banks and government. Finally the paper puts forward how to establish and perfect the small and medium-sized enterprise credit guarantee system in our country.
