This brings huge economic losses and has attracted attention of all countries. So it is imminent to take corresponding anti-corrosion measures. It has been found that surface coating is most economic and effective measure to reinforced concrete structure in marine environment. This paper selected four kinds of surface coating technologies used in different mix proportion. It studied the chloride ion erosion resistance, air permeability, water permeability comparing different concrete whether mixed with fly ash after surface protection. The specific content is following. By using rapid chloride penetration test (RCM), the results showed that the prevention of chloride penetration was significant as protective coating applied on the concrete. The influence of the addition of fly ash on resistance of chloride penetration was significant to penetration type group and small to film type group. Meanwhile the effect of water-cement ration on resistance of chloride penetration was very small to film type group. The air permeability was not changed to penetration treated concrete and was lost to film treated concrete by using Autoclam permeability test. The moisture resistance of film coating was significant. The durability of the coatings was good by testing the adhesion, fitting ability to crack, corrosion resistance, salt fog resistance, and aging resistance. They met the anticorrosion need in corresponding environment. This paper will provide reference and basis for marine engineering protection through the research.
