In the face of huge number of customers, all kinds of businesses and unpredictable macroeconomic fluctuation, the management of decision-making management system must have the support of a comprehensive, accurate, fast, intelligent business analysis system to deal with risk control, inves t- ment decision-making, product design, customer service, and Marketing and perfor- mance evaluation. By the help of the BAS, people can make objective, quantitative and scientific commerce decisions. By data warehouse technology, the paper constructs business analysis system of Harbin Bank to meet the need of business and analysis. The whole platform is deve l- oped and constructed on data show, ETL, creation of multidimensional data. We make use of data integration services to integrate heterogeneous data source. We take advantage of data analysis function to provide Online Analytical Processing and De- cision trees for Data Mining function. We take the way of B/S combination, which provides a flexible way to show the front-end. Business analysis system of Harbin Bank is based on data of business system, make the staff and customers as analysis object, and take the financial Products pr o- vided by the bank as analysis granularity. It is flexibly customized by formulas and parameters, which can adjust to the future change of statistics and provide flexible support for decision-making of the bank. At present, the system has integrated a large number of data of several business systems. The
