辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计 第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I页 大连信通公司办公楼建筑结构设计 摘 要 本设计为大连信通公司办公楼。建筑等级为丙类建筑，防火等级为二级，按7度抗震设防。本工程为钢筋混凝土框架结构，共六层。设计包含建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计在满足使用功能的前提下，结合办公楼的特点，房间布局按功能分区，对建筑进行了平、立、剖面设计。完成建筑平面图、立面图、剖面图的绘制。框架结构的结构设计部分，本设计取一榀框架及其柱下基础进行计算，在荷载计算的基础上进行内力计算，侧移计算和内力组合（在内力计算中恒载活载用弯矩二次分配法进行计算，水平荷载作用按D值法进行计算），通过内力组合得到控制截面最不利内力，并对梁柱进行配筋计算。还进行了板、柱下独立基础、楼梯的设计计算，最后完成了结构施工图的绘制。 关键词：办公楼；框架结构；结构设计 The Architectural and Structural Design of Office Building of the Company of Xintong in Dalian Abstract The design is about the Dalian Xintong Office Building. The fire-protection rating is two, the construction grade is C. The seismic intensity is 7 degrees. The project is reinforced concrete frame structure and has six floors. The architectural and structural designs are included in this design. Considering the office buiding characteristic, the architectural design is satisfied with the functional use, and the rooms are divided into several zones by function. The design includes flat face, vertical view and cross section. In the structural design of the framework, only the main frame and under-based is calculated. On the basis of the load calculation, we accomplish the calculation of the internal force, the sideway and the combination of internal forces. (The internal forces under the dead and live loads are calculated by secondary distribution method. The internal forces which generated by the horizontal load are calculated by D calculation method.)The reinforcement of beam and column is chosen by using the data. Finally, design of the slab, foundation, stairs and rain shelter are finished in this design. At the same time the construction drawings of architectural and structural design are also finished.
