结直肠癌中TXNIP基因与Kiss-1基因表达的关系及其临床意义 林素勇陈绍勤戴起宝陈志华 (福建医科大学附属第一医院胃肠外科福建福州350005) 【摘要】冃的：探讨TXNIP基因与Kiss-1基因在结直肠癌屮表达的相关性以 及TXNIP基因与结直肠癌临床病理特性的关系。方法：采用免疫组化方法检测 71例结直肠癌组织中TXNIP基因与Kiss-1基因的蛋白表达水平，RT-PCR方法分 析51例结直肠癌组织中TXNIP与KissJ基因基因的mRNA水平。结果：免疫组 化和RT-PCR结果均表明在结直肠癌组织屮TXNIP基因与Kiss-1基因的表达呈明 显正相关性(P<0.05)o在结直肠癌组织屮，伴淋巴结转移组、远处转移组和 DukesC.D组TXNIP基因阳性表达率低于无淋巴结转移组、无远处转移组和DukesA、 B期组(P <0.05)。结论：TXNIP基因与Kiss-1基因在结直肠癌组织中的表达可能 存在正相关，TXNIP基因可能与结直肠癌转移抑制基因Kiss-1具有相近的生物学 功能，对结直肠癌的转移存在抑制作用。 【关键词】TXNIP基因Kiss-1基因 结直肠癌 转移 【屮图分类号】R73-3 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2014) 15-0133-03 The relationship betweeen TXNIP gene with Kiss-1 gene and the clinical sign ifica nee in colotectal carci noma Lin suyong, Chen Shaoqin, Dai Qibao, Chen Zhihua, Chen lihua? Methods The expression of TXNIP gene and Kiss-1 gene were detected by IHC in 71 cases of colorectal carci no ma, and also detected by RT-PCR in 51 cases of colorectal carci noma . Results There was a sign 讦 icant positive correlati on between the expression of TXNIP gene and Kiss-1 gene (P<0.05). In the cancer tissue, the positive expression rate of TXNIP gene of lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and the Dukes C、D were lower than the negative lymph node metastasis, negative distant metastasis and Dukes A、B (P <0.05). Conclusions There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of TXNIP gene and Kiss-1 gene in colorectal carci no ma.
