II II 要在于:高校对留学生教育服务工作重视度不够;高校教育管理相关部门 的协调性不足;教学设备和服务团队建设不完善;留学生教学和课余活动 安排不充分等。 针对分析得出的问题,笔者提出要提高来华留学生教育服务质量,吸 引更多的外国学生到广西高校学习,广西高校应适时更新留学生教育服务 理念;完善教学管理部门的协调机制;加大留学生教学设备的投入和教育 服务团队的建设;并优化留学生的教学、课程安排及丰富留学生的课余生 活等建议。 关键词:高校 来华留学生 教育服务 服务质量 III III Research on the Education Service Quality of Universities in Guangxi to Foreign Student Studying in China ——Vietnamese Student as Example ABSTRACT Education of Foreign student is not only an important part of the development of internationalization of higher education, but also reflects the main indicator of a nation’s international competitiveness in higher education. Do the education service for foreign student better, and improve the quality of education services to foreign students, which is a necessary requirement of China’s higher education reform and development. With the deepening of the education cooperation between China and ASEAN nations, foreign students’ education in Guangxi Universities and Colleges is also facing many challenges. In order to promote the sustainable development of foreign student education for Guangxi Universities, and better meet the educational needs of international development, it’s necessary of universities and colleges of Guangxi to pay special attention to the foreign student education services, and constantly improve the quality of education services for foreign students. PAGE PAGE VI On the basis of exploring the related concepts of foreign student education service quality and the service quality gap theory proposed by the Parasuraman et al, the paper first summarized analysis on the development of foreign student education in Guangxi.
