II II Abstract In 2010, a statistical announcement of the development research center of the state council pointed out that the international high-end manufacturing accelerated to transfer to China in recent years. And encouraging enterprises to absorb and make use of foreign investment has always been an important content of Chinas opening to the outside world. National’s Twelfth Five-Year Plan clearly pointed out that an enabling policy and institutional environment for the development of the service industry should be created, which promoting the integration and rapid development of producer services and high-end manufacturing. However, the serious lag of development and poor upgrading ability of Hunan producer services, can ‘t adapt to modern economic industrial development needs; meanwhile, producer service industry as an intermediate demand for manufacturing industry, its backward production technology and poor quality of service seriously limit the development of manufacturing sector and the whole economic growth in Hunan. Therefore, how to make good use of the opportunity of international advanced manufacturing transfer to promote the rapid upgrade of Hunan producer services is particularly important. In this thesis, First we reviewed the related literature at home and abroad from the producer services, high-end manufacturing as well as the relationship between them on three aspects, and based on it, we confirmed the definition of producer services, high-end manufacturing, international industrial transfer and industrial upgrading, and generalized the article and involves the related theory carrying in the article; and then based on the actual situation of Hunan province, using the knowledge of economics and statistics to producer services development present situation and systematically analyzing the international transfer of high-end manufacturing status undertaking in Hunan province, and further using the input-output analysis to elaborate the high correl
