基于CACTI 网络监视系统的研究与应用 邓豪 罗勇 姚明亮 黄艳敏 （天生桥水力发电总厂贵州 兴义 562400） 摘要：针对天生桥水力发电总厂网络系统的主动监视问题，提出了基于 CACTI 网络分布式监控报警系统。利用CACTI 的SNMP 信息轮询机制，实时获取 当前网络中设备的故障与恢复信息，实现对全厂各个网络节点进行不间断 的集控式监控。通过在 CACTI 上对各个网络节点设置不同性能的报警粒 度，实现系统多层次多粒度、灵活多样的监控策略，并通过对网络监控过 程中的一次状态进行实时声音、邮件、短信报警。试验结果和项目实际应 用结果表明，网络人员排除故障时间大大缩短，管理效率明显提高。 关键字：CACTI、SNMP、RRDTool、分布式监控、实时报警 The Research and Application of network surveillance system based on CACTI denghao luoyong yaomingliang huangyanmin (TianShengQiao Hydropower Plant GuiZhou XingYi 562400) Abstract ：In order to solve the problem of active surveillance for Tianshengqiao Hydropower Plant’s network system, the distributed network monitoring alarm system based on CACTI has been used. This system use the SNMP information polling mechanism of CACTI to realize the uninterrupted centralized monitoring for each network node of the whole plant ，by obtaining the errors in the current network and recoverying information. According to CACTI, the alarm granularities with different functions are set up, which realizes the multi-level and multi-granularity, flexible monitoring strategies. And by the real-time network surveillance, the alarm system will be switched on through the sound, email and message. The test results and the actual application results show that the management efficiency is improved obviously when the network of personnel troubleshooting time is greatly shortened. Keywords: CACTI、SNMP、distributed network monitoring、real-time alarm 一、引言 随着电力系统信息化的高速发展，网络规模的不断扩大，作为电力系统网 络管理和维护人员，已经不能用传统的方式对网络进行管理。以前网络规模小， 故障少，处理简单，现在网络日益复杂化，问题层出不穷，一旦核心网络设施 故障导致断网，网络管理人员没有立即得到通知，势必导致较长的恢复时间， 造成信息系统瘫痪，甚至给企业带来巨大的损失。要做到更好地管理网络，势 必需要对网络进行实时的监控，及时发现网络设备的异常状态，避免系统崩溃。 二、研究现状
