贵 贵 州 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I I 摘 要 随着城市污水处理事业的迅速发展，城市污泥的产量越来越大，城市污泥的 处理处置已引起人们的关注。污泥成分复杂，如何经济、有效的加以利用已成为 目前环境科学中深为关注的课题之一。 本文参考当今世界上应用最广泛的剩余污泥处置方法，分析剩余污泥实现减 量化、稳定化、无害化以及资源化的关系，解决污泥实现四化的技术对策。“资 源化”是以“无害化”为前提的，“无害化”、“稳定化”和“减量化”应以“资 源化”为条件。在污水处理工艺不断改革、创新的同时，应将污泥管理的重心前 移到“源头控制”、“源头分流’,污泥处理应遵循减量化为主，资源化和末端 处置为辅，明确了以后污泥处理处置的方向。 本文针对贵阳市的实际情况以及贵阳市污水厂的运行情况，提出解决污泥处 理处置的最佳途径：一是以水泥厂为依托，污泥制生态水泥进行资源化利用；二 是以有机肥厂为依托，通过实验探索利用污泥经过脱水、好氧堆肥等程序后，制 成复合有机肥料进行土地利用。论文着重分析了污泥好氧堆肥以及制作生态水泥 的理论基础以及技术可行性。 关键词: 城市污水，剩余污泥，污泥处置，技术对策，好氧堆肥，生态水泥 II II The Technology Research for Municipal Sewage Sludge Eco-reduction, Stabilization, Detoxification, Resources in Guiyang ABSTRACT With treatment of urban sewage service development,the output of municipal sludge keeps increasing, disposition and recycling of municipal sewage have aroused people’s interesting. sludge complex composition, so how to make an economical effective of it has recently become one of the increasingly concering issuer in environmentalscience. This article refers to the worlds most widely used method of sludge disposition and analyzes relationship for remaining sludge to achieve reduction, stabilization, detoxification, as well as the technical countermeasures of municipal sludge achieveing about it. Resources is harmless as a precondition, the harmless ,stability and Reduction should be resources as the condition. With the wastewater treatment continuously reform and innovation, sludge management should be focus on the source control, the source of diversion , sludge treatment should follow the reduction of the main ,resource and end terminal handling for auxiliary in the future of sludge treatment;and outlines the direction of its future development.
