However, Chinese enterprises have been greatly affected in the traditional management philosophy, which is far from the requirement of open global manufacturing and supply chain management and the SCM pattern. We discuses and analyze the issue with a case study, and wish it will present some beneficial points of view to Chinese soybean manufacturers. Harbin Hi-Tech Soybean Food Co., Ltd（HHTSF）is a modern soybean deep processing enterprise, which has adopted sophisticated technology and equipments from abroad. It manufactures soybean series products that have been widely used in food, pharmacy and biology industries. First of all, we describe the organization model of HHT soybean processing supply chain with its characteristics based on roundly comparing the supply chain system to that of industries, and simultaneously we analyze the current problems that occurred in the management of the chain. And then, by studying the HHT soybean processing industry chain, we not only set up the management model for HHT soybean processing supply chain, but also probe into the working style for the inter-enterprises organization model and the roles of the main body on each intersect in the chain. Finally, we set up the management supporting system for HHT soybean processing supply chain based on its specific characteristics. Focusing on the specific problems existed in the management of HHT soybean processing supply chain, we deeply enquire into implementing countermeasure.
