ABSTRACT
With the gradual development of market economy system and new technology, Enterprises pay more attention to the intellectual and knowledge capital, the management consulting industry, as an emerging industry and intelligence services industry, develops rapidly, and in the course of the world economy and the national economy it plays an increasingly important role. The management consulting industry in the world has more than one hundred years of history, but in China the development is just a few decades. Although at present the management consulting demand from each industry of our country grows rapidly, but the consulting industry in China is still an emerging industry, has not been set up more mature industry operating mechanism, at the same time our management consulting enterprises still face up with the uneven internal management level. In order to obtain the survival and growth, they must cultivate, improve and maintain its competitiveness, and so which factors affect management consulting enterprises’ competitiveness? Which evaluation index to evaluate it? How to evaluate it? These become the important issues for scholars to explore and study.
Building a complete set of competitive evaluation system not only can help to analyze the current competitive pressures, but also helps firms to analyze corporate resources and capabilities to discover, nurture and maintain the competitiveness of enterprises.
