承攬商應遵守工安環保之規定 The industrial safety and environmental protection regulations contractor should obeyed. 施工前應完成工安環保協調會。 1.Prior to start to work, should call a industrial safety and environmental protection coordination meeting. 2、施工人員應了解本公司之「環境政策」及「安全衛生政策」，並遵守本公司之工安環保相關規定。 2.Worker should understand AIDC environmental policy and safety and health policy, and obey AIDC related industrial safety and environmental protection regulations. 3、二公尺以上之高架作業，應設置防止人員及物品墜落之安全措施（如工作平台、安全網、安全帶等）。 3.Work in the place with height over 2 meter, should set up safety measures to prevent personnel and objects falling, ex. work balcony, safety net, safety belt etc. 4、施工人員嚴禁於施工現場或室內抽煙。 4.Worker is strictly forbidden smoking in workplace or indoors. 5、施工人員嚴禁飲用含有酒精成份之飲料及飲酒後施工。 5.Worker is strictly forbidden drinking alcohol or beverages contained alcohol before work. 6、施工中若有使用火源之必要者，應事先申請動火許可，並備妥相關安全措施，施工地點變更時亦同。 6.If it is necessary to use fire during work, should apply use fire permit, and prepare related safety measures, same as workplace changed. 7、施工中若有使用氧、乙炔氣者，應使鋼瓶直豎固定並應加遮護或防護，不得橫置。 7.If use oxygen or acetylene while working, should keep the steel cylinder stand vertically, fixed, and set up shelter or protection, should not put horizontally. 8、使用電焊機施工者，本體應接地並加裝自動電擊防止裝置。 8.Work with an electric welding machine, machine should ground and equipped with auto electric shock protection devices. 9、進入密閉場所施工者，應事先申請許可，並了解及量測該場所氣體種類及濃度。 9.Enter confined space to work, should apply permit before work, and should understand and measure the type and concentration of the gas. 10、每日施工完畢後，應切斷電源並將電焊機、氧氣瓶、乙炔氣瓶等置於固定位置。 10.After finished work everyday, should disconnection power and put the welding machine, oxygen cylinder and acetylene cylinder in assigned place. 11、危險性機械或設備進入本公司前，應事先申請許可，其車輛不得違規行駛或超速。 11.Before the dangerous machinery or equipment enter AIDC, should apply permit, the vehicle should not drive against regulations or exceed the speed limit. 12、施工開挖地點或起重機作業，應事先做好安全措施及日夜警示燈。 12.Digging area
