Methods: Based on the problems found in first-aid work, we drew the fishbone diagram to analyze all kinds of influencing factors. According to the results of the analysis, PDCA cycle was used. We increased relief materials and emergency personnel, developed a series of medical treatment processes in the emergency center. Results: The emergency centers rescue capability was greatly enhanced. By using this method, we increased the number of rescue personnel, enhanced their first aid skills and professional identity, improved the level of training of the emergency center and personnels research capacities, established a more comprehensive medical emergency rescue mode and organizational management system. Conclusion: By using fishbone diagram combined with PDCA cycle management model in our hospital emergency center, the rescue quality has been greatly improved.
