理研究 医学信息2019 年3 月第32 卷第5 期 Medical Information Mar. 2019 Vol. 32 No.5 性科门诊“快速分诊护理流程”应用初探 张丽 陆 瑛 渊上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院男科 上海 200001冤 摘要 目的 运用野快速分诊护理流程冶以减少男性科门诊患者的就诊时间 提高患者就诊满意度遥方法 随机抽取2017 年2 月~ 9 月来我院就诊的 700 例患者作为研究对象 其中2017 年2 月~5 月抽取350 例患者作为对照组 采用常规分诊护理曰2017 年6 月~9 月的抽取350 例患者作为研究组 采用快速分诊护理流程 比较两组患者护理满意率尧护理质量及门诊量遥结果 研究组患 者满意率明显上升 分诊护士工作效率也明显提高 相应的护理和医疗质量也随之提高遥 男性科门诊量也逐步上升 同比增长 了41.72%遥 结论 男性科门诊快速分诊护理流程适应当代门诊护理发 的需要 为患者节约了宝贵的候诊时间 加快了门诊医 师就诊速度 满足患者及家属的需求 构建了和谐的护患关系遥 关键词 分诊护理曰男性科门诊曰快速流程曰满意率 中图分类号 R473 文献标识码 A DOI:10.3969/j .issn.1006-1959.2019.05.059 文章编号 1006-1959渊2019冤05-0178-04 Preliminary Study on the Application ofQuick Triage Nursing Processin Male Clinic ZHANG Li,LU Ying (Department of Male,Renj i Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai J iaotong University School of Medicine,Shanghai 200001,China) Abstract ：Obj ective To use the rapid triage care process to reduce the time of visits for male outpatients and improve patient satisfaction.Methods A total of 700 patients who came to our hospital from February to September 2017 were randomly selected. Among them, 350 patients were selected as control group from February to May 2017, using routine triage care;From June to September 2017, 350 patients were selected as the study group. The rapid triage nursing process was used to compare the nursing satisfaction rate, quality of care and outpatient volume of the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of patients in the study group increased significantly, and the work efficiency of the triage nurses also improved significantly, and the corresponding quality of care and medical care also increased.
