- PAGE I - 本科毕业论文 （20 届） 论我国网络言论自由的法律规制 所在学院 专业班级 法学 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 PAGE I 摘 要 【摘要】言论自由是公民的一项及其重要的基本权利，网络言论自由即是言论自由，只不过言论传播平台换成了网络。任何权利都有滥用的可能，言论自由作为权利的一种，同样需要受到限制。由于网络自身的特性，对于对网络言论自由进行必要的限制既有理论上的依据，又处于现实的需要。本文通过介绍我国对于网络言论自由规制的现状描述，对我国网络言论自由法律规制提出了若干设想：首先对网络言论自由的法律界限进行了分析，接着对于现存法律条例提出完善，最后，结合我国的具体国情，借鉴国外相关的经验。 【关键词】言论自由 网络言论自由 法律规制 【Abstract】The freedom of speech is an important basic citizen’s right. The freedom of speech on internet also means the free of speaking, but it’s disseminating platform changed into the internet. No matter what the characteristic of internet and the usual understanding of freedom of speech by foreign countries have, the content of speech on the internet belongs to traditional speech. For web’s own characteristic, carrying on the essential limit to the freedom of speech on the internet both have the theoretical basis, and stem from realistic need. This paper introduces the status of the legal regulation of free speech on the internet in China.
