主要是集中在关于海洋倾废的几大制度上，如海洋倾倒许可证制度，海洋倾倒区 主要是集中在关于海洋倾废的几大制度上，如海洋倾倒许可证制度，海洋倾倒区 管理制度、倾废船舶登记制度、海洋倾倒区监测制度四大制度。国际合作是现代 国际法上的一个重要原则，也是国际环境法的一项基本原则，文章的最后集中论 述了我国政府在加强与相关国家和地区之间的海洋倾废管理方面的合作与交流 方面应该注意的有关事项。 关键词：国际环境；海洋倾废；立法趋势；《1972年伦敦公约》； Resea Resea rch on I eg i S I at i on trends of i nter nat i ona I sea dump i ng In the 21st century，it is more and more important for the position of ocean in people’S daily life．However，the ocean cannot purify by itself because many poison and injurant were pour to ocean in recent 2000 years．This phenomenon cause the significant pollution of ocean resource． The major reason of this is sea dumping on purpose，accident beyond the sea and natural di saster． For the understanding of the definition of sea dumping by human， basically，is from 1982 the Law of Sea and 1972 London Convention．In this article，author analyzed the first term of 1982 the Law of Sea and the third term of 1972 London Convention．It disclosed that the definition of sea dumping is very important for the ocean environment protection． Moreover，the paper indicate that the three steps were divided into germination，development， maturation from pronouncement of 1972 Stockholm the Human Declaration of Environment Stockholm and 1982 the Law of Sea．It expatiate the legislation，international conference and international terms of international association and major countries about the sea dumping． In this paper，the author adopted analysis，chart／form analysis and exemplification analysis etc to demonstrated the trend of globalization， range expansion，legislation of sea dumping．The tendency of the international legislation that Falls the land source reject directly to the sea is gradually strengthened．The sea dumping standard is more severized，and the sea dumping material is simplified．Sea dumping management is detoxified and scientific from the comparation of 1972 London Convention and 1996 Protoc01．For the each trend，the article presented the detai i s and reasons etc．these s ix i m
